"We had a wonderful stay and were very impressed with the service.
Communication was excellent from start to finish, with everything clearly explained and well organized. The team was kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location, just 2 minutes from the beach and right in the centre. There were at least five large supermarkets within a 3-minute walk, which made everything incredibly convenient. When an unexpected water leakage...

Because it isn't on the seafront the location is quiet but you are close enough to the sea (50 metres) to hear the waves. There are so may things to like about this small hotel. The staff are fantastic and can't do enough. The rooms are modern and clean and will appeal to gadget enthusiasts (colour-changing LED lights, built-in bluetooth speakers etc). The WiFi in the room was excellent. Breakfast can be taken in the room but they also provide vouchers so that you can take it at a beachfront...

All fine generally . Only thing was when filling cappuccino, it overflowed because a larger cup was needed which were not available much. Otherwise all fine.

Would be good to have tea and coffee in the room and for the cafe to stay open longer. A pity they swapped us from an exterior room to an interior one with less character. Bed could be firmer but super large.
Fabulous breakfast, perfect location and beautifully furnished room+ building

I booked this for my husband. The management company was great, all communication was by Whatsapp and good for a late check in as code entry details provided prior to arrrival. The room was comfortable and has a small fridge and a seating area. whole property was clean and great for a place to crash when you are out all day. Also just steps away from the beach.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the beautiful receptionist spent time showing us a map of the area and pointed out all places of interest to visit. The hotel was immaculate as was our very spacious room which was cleaned daily by a lovely friendly cleaning lady who offered fresh sheets and towels if required. There was also on offer a range of fresh continental breakfast foods with tea, coffee and juices. The receptionist also booked our taxi back to the airport and made sure it was...

We stayed here for three nights and enjoyed every minute. Staff are friendly and helpful. Our terrace room (with air conditioning) was great value for money. The cafe provides a good breakfast. We made good use of the excellent local bus service to get around. Santa Catalina bus depot is only a few yards away from the hotel and is very convenient for getting to and from the airport. We bought a pre payment bus card (ask for a "Bono wawa") for ten trips on the local yellow buses and used this to...

The Hotel was extremely comfortable, it is just going through the final stages of a high class refurbishment, the room was very spacious, the bed comfortable and the bathroom very clean and tidy, if there was a criticism, or more of an observation I would suggest that there isn't sufficient clothing storage for a 14 day stay, having said that my wife and I managed comfortably.
