"First the positive: The staff are helpful. They have good Wifi. Now for the negative: If you paid for the With Breakfast option, They don’t tell you need to take that you need to get a coupon from the front desk. Make sure to request for your breakfast coupon before going down to the restaurant. They are independent entities. If you don’t get the coupon, then you will have to pay out of pocket. Also it’s advertised that they offer laundry services but they don’t. "

"I have been staying here for almost seven years. It is close to the airport and inexpensive. The hotel is not fancy, but it is very clean and maintained. Rooms have been fixed and painted freshly sometime recently, so the room looked fresh. The bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the a/c that I ordered was not possible in the room I was given, but I was given a good discount to make up for that error, and the fan kept things fine overnight. "Place is ok with a little paint could be really nice but staff really unhelpful asked for toilet paper they don't supply toilet paper they offered me table napkins I understand some people don't use paper but they should still supply it They tried to change me for water at the end of the stay i just remindid them about the paper and refused to pay "

"I usually dont trust hotels under this chain but booked last minute without much option , i know it won't be fantastic but didn't expect such a terrible experience. Room not cleaned at all and smell very bad. Booked with breakfast but they are not offering breakfast. Hotel.com should investigate properly before adding such a hotel."
