"Good hotel on the edge of the CBD"
The staff were fantastic. I asked for their assistance with a few things and they came through every time. Nice sized room in a fairly quiet location. Water flowed under the bathroom cabinet from the shower.

"Restful Transit"
I was in an overnight transit between two flights in Brisbane. Transits conjure up a very temporary stay at times just on the benches at airports. My transit was 12 hours and it was overnight (arriving at 8.40 pm and leaving at 8.45 am the next day). AS it turned out, the baggage form my flight on arrival in Brisbane was significantly delayed so I missed my shuttle to the motel. I was already informed by email of the procedure in case I arrived at the motel after the motel office was closed. In the end I arrived at the motel at 10.30 pm well past the motel office opening hours, but the lady manager was still in the office so checking in was a breeze. She acknowledged my anxiety because of the baggage problems at the airport and asked me if I would prefer a room on the ground floor on on the first floor. And I chose the ground floor room. The room was perfunctory but complete and clean. As I was only on transit I didn't use the ironing facilities. Beverage (tea and coffee) was aplenty and a carton of long life milk was in the mini-fridge. I had a refreshing hot coffee the next morning getting me ready to tackle the day of travel will get me home by about 4 pm that day. However, the room's fluorescent light could not be turned on, perhaps a change in bulb would have done the job. It was not a total inconvenience but when you're tired after a long flight and you need to check the next day's flight and check my diary for something, the fluorescent light could have helped.

"Close to sports centre "
This motel was perfect for what we needed, we only stayed 2 nights but it was a great location and not far from the indoor cricket centre which is why we were there. We arrived early in the morning and the motel were great by storing our bags for us until check in, the Toombul shopping centre is just down the road and there is some nice cafes around. Lovely hosts and the room was clean and tidy.

"Shared Bathroom and Toilette"
In the world of hotels... it should be mandatory for all hotels to have private bathroom and toilette. Sharing these facilities... This should be at least made clear prior to booking a room that toilette and shower facilities are shared.
