"The absolute worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. Blood stains on pillow cases, walls falling apart, hair on “clean towels” and lack of a pool being available when it states there was one.
Given the unsanitary conditions & pool being unavailable, we checked out early and were promised a refund by management but now, Best Western has refused. We have taken it to corporate but I would absolutely avoid this hotel at all costs. "
