Backpackers was great! The staff are really helpful and friendly including helping us book trains. The Delhi Belly food tour is an also good, a great way to explore the bazaars and alleys of old Delhi.

I stayed at the Meriton Hotel from 22nd to 24th September for a work trip, and my experience was a mix of positives and negatives.
The biggest issue I faced happened right after check-in. The Wi-Fi was completely down for many hours, which was incredibly frustrating as I needed to work from my room. Because of this technical issue, I wasn't able to get any work done until 9 PM. Additionally, there was active construction work going on right outside the hotel, which caused quite a bit of...

As always, the staff is good. The property was clean. Overall, I had a nice experience as a solo traveler. Washrooms were also clean. I recommend this for solo travelers; if someone is coming from abroad and wants a safe and clean stay, you should give this a try. It is near the railway station and airport metro if you are staying for hours.

The rooms are all delightful here; comfortable beds,exceptionally clean bathrooms (yes I confess I was worried about this in the UK as you get many depressing reports). Breakfast was good with plentiful tea, toast etc and all the staff are warm and friendly.
Evening meals can be freshly cooked if ordered in advance and the one I ate was fab and such good value.
I will not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend Colonel's Retreat to everyone.

I am here to do a review for the Smyle Inn hotel. I have stayed at this hotel tree weeks September last year while I was there for Dentistry work(having Implants).I requested to be picked up from the airport and they did, when arrived the hotel i been told that I won't be paying for the transport since I will be a guest for a three weeks it will be free.lovely. the room i was placed was a double room the was in a good condition and clean,. the staff have been amazing....
