There was a problem with the prepaid reservation made through Hotels.com, and the reception staff rudely refused to fix the problem, instead suggesting we book another room and pay double. Refusing to help in any way, the staff even falsely denied that they used this booking service, leaving us to contact the booking provider ourselves while they watched passive-aggressively. "This listing is a fraud. The property owner denied me the room which was paid and booked 20 days in advance saying there is no booking made through expedia. I had to wait the whole day on the road trying to connect with the agent without any response which eventually spoilt my whole trip.The property owner blames it on the agent -IRooms , the IRooms agent blames it on expedia and then switches off the phone.
