"I'll start off by saying this: the staff are excellent. Points to consider: - the showers at this hotel do not work, in general. They have been turned off to prevent guests from scalding thrmselves. - check your bedding, don't be afraid to request fresh sheets and pillowcases if they are stained. - the Taste Buds restaurant is brand new and still working out the kinks. The veg restaurant is pretty good. - cab service can be tough to find, but tuktuks abound nearby. ."

There was a problem with the prepaid reservation made through Hotels.com, and the reception staff rudely refused to fix the problem, instead suggesting we book another room and pay double. The property was well-maintained and had lots of amenities such as restaurant and spa within the premises. We had booked the garden suite and it was very comfortable for our family of 4.
