"Lovely small hotel in a great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Spa was a lovely experience only criticism is the water could have been warmer in the spa pool. We had a lovely stay. "

A wonderful hotel for exploring Paris or just chilling out in the locality. Service and care within the hotel was superb. The hotel is beautiful and the staff were all excellent. High quality restaurants are very close and so is the Metro station at Bastille. Difficult to find any fault at all.

An ideal location if you like 11er arrondissement and le Marais district. The single room was small but clean and beautifully decorated, it was my taste. I did not use the shower due to using the spa which I recommend.

This is a wonderful hotel. Beautifully decorated and spotless, very comfortable with the weather in the mid to high 30s and well appointed, gorgeous rooms. The highlight is the staff, who are all so welcoming and helpful. We all had a fabulous stay and would love to return. Anything you need appears in a flash and I used the same day laundry service which was brilliant. The Diptyque products in the bathroom are high quality and I didnโt need to use my own hair products even though my hair is...

Lovely, modern hotel in easy walking distance of Gare du Nord. Loved the decor and water fountains on each floor for still & sparkling water. Nespresso machine in the room. No air con so I imagine itโs very hot in the summer or noisy with the window/door open. Unfortunately the sauna wasnโt working during our time there (28-31 March) which was one of the main reasons that we booked this hotel. The swimming pool / jacuzzi were however great. The gym is small with aesthetically pleasing gym...

We were very lucky and had a free room upgrade to a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. We have had many trips to Paris and I can honestly say this was the best room we have ever had. It was very spacious with everything you could want for a lovely stay.
It was unique in that not only could you see the tower from the bed but from the shower too. This must be the best room in the hotel.
The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpfule and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel in great location.
Room had plenty of space and all staff were really friendly. We arrived a little early but this was no problem and we were able to check-in slightly ahead of time.
Buffet breakfast was ideal for starting the day, without spoiling your appetite for lunch.

We had a wonderful time and would definitely return. Having booked a superior room we were upgraded to the top floor suite, thank you Dino! The room was very comfortable with a rustic decor and views right over the Seine, Ile de la Cite and Notre Dame (apparently all 10 rooms have the river view). Especially beautiful at night. Could hear the bells of the cathedral but the room was soundproofed so very quiet. Front desk staff were very helpful. Breakfast looked OK but we chose to go out to one...

The property is small but perfectly formed: they made the best use possible of the limited space (although they might invest in a few more hooks on the wall, especially in the shower room). Our room (202) faced the road, which is a major bus route, but was incredibly quiet thanks to two levels of double glazing. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. The small amenities, like the always-available coffee and hot chocolate machine in the lobby and the bottomless jug of lemon and cucumber water,...

The room was large, which is astounding for Paris. The bathroom was very nicely appointed and what a great shower. The room servicing was top notch with them topping up the little extras such as water and coffee. The SPA was amazing, very clean and well maintained, we used the pool, hot tub and sauna, there is also a steam room and an exercise room which we didn't use, however, we did look at the facilities and they were really good. Breakfast, we had a few breakfasts at the hotel and each time...

Wonderful hotel with all the amenities. Bed was big and comfortable, big shower, beautiful views of the city. Had spa access (used sauna and jacuzzi) which was very nice. Also loved the Sky Bar on the first night with stunning views over Paris including the Eiffel Tower. Unfortunately the Sky Bar was closed on one of the other days we were there because they were hosting a private event, but we were very happy we managed to go there the first night. Hotel is located right next to a tram stop and...

Very friendly staff. Nice clean rooms which are reasonably sized for Paris. The swimming pool and sauna that you can book in advance just for yourself and family are a great way to start the day.
Breakfast was nice and fresh with enough choices.

Lovely hotel, great location handy to le Metro and easy walking distance to loads of major attractions and shopping.
The lobby has a wonderfully whimsical installation that is as lovely as it is entertaining; the concierge staff are bright, alert, multi-lingual and know the area well (although they can drop Le Madelaine C from the 'recommended' restaurant list, please!). Rooms are large-ish for Parisian standards and certainly very comfortable with an excellent range of toiletries in the...

My daughter and I had an excellent stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived we were so well looked after by the friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in an Eiffel Tower room.
It was very clean, comfortable and well laid out. The shower area was spotless and the shower itself was refreshing to use at the end of a busy day touring Paris.

My room, #21, was very comfortable. The bathroom was huge and very stylish. Limited space for clothing but that didn't bother me. Hotel is in a great location, with a supermarket over the road, which is handy. Being in a good location means it was on a noisy street, and usually this would annoy me, but the windows were double glazed and by 11pm, the traffic noise had subsided considerably. Air conditioning was excellent (not something that you can necessarily count on in smaller hotels!). The...
