"Quest Melbourne Airport was a good place to stay, no issue with the room, receptionist was efficient but not super friendly, and we needed to go back for another keycard as we only given one. The man driving the free shuttle was friendly. Two issues - Firstly its not very close to the airport, not within walking distance, we read that taxi’s were happy to take you to the hotel, ours was not. And secondly the free shuttle the hotel has doesn’t run on weekends which travellers should keep in mind...

"Bedroom had the smell of old cooking oil and deep fried meat presumably from a restaurant that was open from the afternoon until evening. Very noisy until after midnight. Hot water for sink and shower takes about 5 minutes to come through. Somewhat dated and in need of an upgrade. Convenient location and decent price. Good customer service, easy check in."
