It is a hassle to get into London city, we had to take a bus and two trains, however they run consistently. The hotel facilities are great and very clean. Would definitely stay again."

They took extra time to help us with directions and mapped out routes for us….. the rooms are ok, scratches all over the desk, paint chipped and stains in many places.
