"I rated them a 4 due the fact that we didn’t get to use the outdoor pool. It rained the days we were there. However, there were many activities inside! We played bingo, got a glitter tattoo and participated in the dance party! The arcade was cool too! I would highly recommend if you have kids! Great employees! A store, bakery, ice cream and pizza shoppes right there! Clean bldg, clean rooms, nice bathroom, and it’s cashless. We will be back!"

"This is a fun hotel with quite a few amenities. The cafeteria style restaurant was surprisingly good. We particularly enjoyed the salad bar because it has so many items to choose from to build a salad. We had a mini suite room with a seating area and little kitchenette. It was nice to have that extra space. The transportation to the parks is very good. We never had to wait for a bus on either side. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I would stay there again. "

"It’s hard to rate everything because we checked in then checked out 5 minutes later. We looked around the area and it was lined with old RVs tents and homeless camps. When we started to bring our stuff out of our van a person walked by taking a look at what we had in our vehicle. This caused us to feel very unsafe. I know you can’t fault the hotel but the location was unsettling. It was a higher priced hotel to begin with but we felt unsafe and better to lose the money and leave. We immediately...

"I love it here! The customer service is always so wonderful. From the top to the bottom all of the employees are so helpful and accommodating. The rooms AND BATHROOMS are always clean. This location is extremely convenient to the beach, dining, boating, and shops. Kudos to this Hyatt location!"

"The property is always polite. The accommadations are always clean. There were not many guests there this visit & made it very nice on not having to wait on elevator when coming or going. "
