Friendly staff but people seem to come from statewide and crowd as many as possible into a room. Restaurants are inconvenient to access and noisy. We had to call for security to get them to quiet screaming children late at night in adjoining room. I would not stay here again.

Night shift front desk was lazy and downright rude. Instead of checking my guest list that I authorized at check in they proceeded to take it upon them selves to not help them and refuse them information so they could get to our room.

In August when I stayed at the hotel, we reported bugs in a bed . The company never reached out to us of anytime To apologize. This time the hotel was dirty Especially in our room. People was using all types of profanity in nasty language In front of the grand kids no control by the pool. They charge my card three times. I will never stay there again and i'm in the hotel business

I was so disappointed with the property due to its a kid friendly environment and the first day we got there my 10 year old cut his knee in the lazy river on a tile. I picked up 3 screws off the ground near the bar that I could clearly see the stools backs were falling off. The staff said they were not understaffed but 40 min for a pop sickle bc parents wanted frozen beverages (not pre-made and not blended) also to see only 1 employee running the snack shack. The staff cleaning it was a honest mistake but somewhat careless. I ask the lady for a water off of her cart in stead of cleaning our room. She gives me 3 then I see the top was twisted already on 1 and half gone. No idea where a used water on a clean cart came from. Will not stay here ever again.
