We had a mouse in our room and room service did not take care of room before we came in. Lots of hair, dirty pillow cases, and even things leftover from previous guests.

This place is an economy lodging experience. The swimming pool was nice but the rooms and interior areas of the building are aging and need repair. Staffing is very limited. We had to go find towels and toilet paper in storage closets. There also looked like mold in the bathroom due to no working fan.

No wifi, no towels, no breakfast, cafe and restaurant on the property were closed. The beds are awful to sleep on. Linens were stained. Pretty sure we heard mice in the walls.

We were greeted very friendly by the front desk manager. Hotel smelled very clean & is very charming inside. She was up front with us about wifi issues, hot tubs were not on & they do not serve breakfast any longer. Made sure we were okay with it before proceeding & processing our payment. Very nice pool & with a great big spiral slide. Pleasantly surprised that the room had Directv with tons of channels. I would absolutely recommend to anyone coming through with a young family. King bed with a pull out sofa was perfect for 2 adults & 2 teenagers.

This was the worst experience. Nothing worked, the hotel was empty. A GHOST TOWN. There was no Wi-Fi, there was no hot tub, no gift shop, no restaurant or café, there were kids running around who clearly belonged to someone who was employed there because they were running all around the back of the counter as well. We arrived late in the evening on the 21st, we went straight to bed. Upon waking up in the morning, I go to get in the shower to only realize that there is no hot water. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk they seemed to not be surprised at all. Even though the website gave all these false advertisements, they did not see the need to refund the night that I actually stayed there either.

This was the perfect property for our getaway. The house felt just as if we were at HOME ❤️🏡The park right out the back door was such a nice surprise. We even bought tennis rackets from the local super awesome flea market and had a blast playing tennis together there. 😎 Appreciated all the little touches that made our stay so comfortable
