"The location of this hotel is definitely the best thing. My mom and I were able to walk just about everywhere, and when we needed to take the subway there are 3 stations within a 10 minute walk. Big bonus that Walgreens and restaurants are right next door. I read negative reviews before we went about the elevators at this property, and while it was a little slow, both elevators were working. But 2 elevators are servicing 25 floors, so just be patient. The staff were very friendly and helpful....

"The Kimberly is a 5 star hotel. The staff are very helpful & professional. They will go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The roof top restaurant food & the room service food is good. "The website for this Hotel is outdated. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar. Therefore no room service either. Not a deal breaker for me but could be considered as misleading. The great thing is the location which is very central and easy walking to Grand Central, shopping, restaurants and Empire State Building. Great view from the 27th floor lounge. Right beside the Chrysler building. Staff were excellent, very polite, friendly and helpful. I would stay there again."
