"I had the most amazing stay at Cicada! Beautifully appointed resort, huge room with extremely comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Many thoughtful amenities and daily treats. Great communication from the hotel before my arrival, arranging transport from the airport. Gorgeous spa, pool and jacuzzi. The included activities were some of the highlights of the trip, jungle trekking, walks, yoga and temple visit. Fabulous ala carte breakfast. "We had a really lovely time at this hotel. Although the hotel is possibly a 2 -3 star the customer service is 5star! We had such a wonderful time and the gardens and pool areas are kept immaculate! I had a very good massage and would recommend. I would definitely stay here again. "
