The only thing that let it down for us was our total inability to connect with the internet in the hotel’s WiFi. Two iPhones and two iPads could not connect throughout our three-days. "We stay at this hotel at least twice a year. The food is amazing, and the staff are really helpful and friendly. We've been coming here for the past 10 years, and Tirio is always fantastic. Isabel at the pool bar was particularly helpful. The only thing I can fault is the lunchtime opening hours and the queue to get food. Perhaps you could consider extending the lunchtime to, say, 13:30-15:30 to help prevent the current rush hour."
