"Very relaxing stay. Spa facilities are very good. Rooms are clean although some maintenance snagging needs to be done (faulty flush, loose taps, loose window locks, broken hairdryer in our room). Staff were overall friendly. Breakfast staff were friendly but were slow to clean and make up tables, food was not topped up when it was running low even though it was only 9am and did not tidy up food areas, ie spilt food in the servery.
