"Fantastic Hotel, spacious room breakfast was good and a great location."

"Overall the Ibis was great 10 mins away from the centre but the trams outside all went there and cost about 30p, tap on , tap off...same on the way back Clean , functional rooms, good size Staff were very helpful, breakfast was varied and good The only real downside was that the bar and restaurant closed at 6pm which was early, but there were other restaurants within walking distance or a few minutes on the tram"

"Check in took such a long time and staffs are unfriendly! Toilet amenties for 3 are not replenish well daily!Toilet walls need to clean up ! filty dirty!"

"We loved our stay at the Explorers Lodge. The amenities are amazing, and the staff was so kind and helpful. We especially enjoyed being able to use the pools at all three hotels. The only downside was that the beds were a little small compared to the room size (there were two queen size beds, but king sized beds would be more comfortable and could easily fit in the room), and the blackout curtains didn't meet in the middle or go all the way to the edge of the window area, so some light from the lamps outside came through."

The staff was so kind and friendly, especially the woman who cleaned our room. The hotel was in a great location, very clean and comfortable, and a great value for the money."
