"The staff are wonderful, but the place really needs upgraded. It looks pretty rundown."

"This place is SO worth the money! Will absolutely be back. Avoid Landry's seafood though. Not worth the price at all. Favorites were the aquarium (got to pet sharks, jellyfish, and stingrays), the train shed for food (drinks and bruschetta were incredible), and the grand hall show. Food at the station grille was meh. "

"This was our second stay. We were happy with the check in process and the room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. My only complaint was the fitness room, it lacked towels amd access to water. The heat was also on in the room and it felt like I was working out in a sauna. "

"There was a hole in the wall where a lamp may have been, the lock hatch on my door was cracked in half and screws were coming out, the bedding had some rips in it and there was 3 small pillows for a King size bed. But besides that the property was good for the price. Definitely could use a remodel and some love put back into it "

" This hotel was a complete disappointment. The hotel is completely run down and the room was awful. Not very clean and Items like drawers need to be fixed. I would not recommend anyone staying here. Only reason I didn’t cancel after getting here is that I already prepaid:( Also after leaving and coming back there was barely any parking spaces due to pub parking is the same parking lot As the hotel."
