"This was our second night on Route 66 and the hotel was beautiful. Everything was great except check-in. You can't pull up and check in and unload your luggage. You have to go and park your car in the back parking lot and then carry your bags from the lot to the hotel. And it's not close."

"This place was amazing. Allowed early check in on the day we arrived and late check out on the day were leaving. Clean, extremely friendly staff. Great breakfast as well as evening drinks with snacks. Coke machine also available if you are not drinkers. Indoor pool ( we didn't use - but there kids having fun in it. "We have stayed at this hotel several times. This particular stay, there happened to be a baseball game at the nearby stadium. The hotel parking was full, which caused an additional cost to park elsewhere. The desk attendant stated people often used their parking even though they are not hotel guess. My opinion, hotel guess should not have to pay for parking at other locations. Our room was on the 15th floor and the sheets were like sleeping on a brown paper bag (very crunchy). First time...

"We like the skywalk to Barnes Jewish Hospital, made our stay convenient and parking was nice. Friendly and courteous staff. We were a little disappointed in the condition of the bathroom. Ceiling paint was peeling in shower and the air conditioning unit was very loud but we would return "
