"This place is great! The cottage had a full kitchen with all the pots pans and dishes you would need, they also had dish soap, salt and pepper and dishwasher with the tablets to use it. Our cottage was not cleaned very well, there was a pacifier on the floor in the living room and some wrappers u der the bed from the previous people, there was also what looked to be feces on the wall in the upstairs bathroom, the toilet paper was VERY thin and when we called to the main office to have clean...

"The condo was nice. My only complaint about the condo was the lack of water coming out of the shower. Check in was smooth,, but just be prepared, they will try to get you to do a timeshare preview, you do have to tell them no a few times before they give you your parking pass."

"The stay was overall good. This was the 2nd time we stayed at this property. We arrived just after their on-property office closed at 6pm, so we had to check in at a different location. This was different than the 1st time we stayed. Everything was good. The only complaint was that the upstairs attic access (in the closet) was open and the clothes rack was down. We didn't discover it until after midnight so it was scary to sleep with it like that. Also the vertical blinds were difficult...

"Loved the loft, nice decor and very clean. The only negative would be that there was supposed to be a foldout couch and sadly there was not. Two of us slept in a recliner couch, not my best night of sleep. "

"There were 3 adults and 3 kids and the room was just right for us. Having 2 bathrooms was a plus as well. The sofa bed was not the most comfortable but for smaller children it wouldn’t be a big problem. "
