"Let’s put it this way: I waited my whole life to visit Hong Kong. I had the fortune to stay @ The Hari!. I was always greeted upon arrival. I was offered assistance. The lounge & restaurants are most aesthetically pleasing yet warm & welcoming. The valet team suggested transportation to my destination. Housekeeping staff always had a smile! The Hari will always be my home away from home when I’m in Hong Kong. - Geraldine"

"Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The room size was unbeatable considering it’s in Hong Kong. Very convenient location and is connected to a shopping mall with lots of restaurants and shops. Also the subway station is right in the mall which is super convenient. The pool was big and fun. My kids loved swimming in it. Very suitable for family. The only complaint I had was that our room wasn’t ready till 3:30pm which took longer than my expectations. Other than that, everything else was great. Will stay again when we come back to Hong Kong again."

"Liked: location an cleanliness. Breakfast: The guy could not make an omelets-runny and disgusting. Pity choices compared to Shangri La (for example) Grossly over-priced. We got it at a discount. The bathroom is very tiny with lots of mirrors a glass to camouflage very limited size. Desk staff are aggressive and do not understand that hotel residents must check as quickly as possible because they have a flight to catch."

"Good location near ding ding tram but quiet. Recommend getting a room with harbour view as it was a highlight of our trip. Breakfast was average. Overall good value for money in Hong Kong in a nice and interesting district. Being closer to central would be more convenient, but obviously more expensive."
