I have stayed at other Sonestas and like the brand. The staff was very accommodating and room was comfortable as was the bed. Only thing missing at this particular location was a microwave, and breakfast and coffee were fee only, no complimentary food service.

This Sonesta Airport is under new management, there is no longer free breakfast or coffee in the lobby. We loved the location of the place and have stayed there before, we were vsry disappointed with the changes to our stay. We may have to choose anothere place to stay if we visit San Jose again!
