"Arrived late and checked out pretty early so didn’t have too long to experience the hotel. Basically used it as somewhere to sleep, wash and eat breakfast. It served these functions adequately. The shower was a bit weak for my liking and “argued” with me a bit. Was pleasantly surprised to get a cooked breakfast though (which was good) as I was only expecting continental. Not keen on the hotel’s attempts to skew their NPS results though."

"Fabulous hotel close to many transport links at Stratford plus shopping and dining in the Westfield centre. Comfortable rooms, daily maid service with new towels which I wasn’t expecting for a two night stay. Breakfast was great with lots of choice including gluten and dairy free options. "
