"They were clearly unprepared for the season. The contactless check-in was god awful and barely worked; had to reach out several times to get this resolved. Was not able to check in at the time that was noted on my paid reservation and upon checking in later than paid there were still cleaners there and we walked on site to trash everywhere. Biggest issues was that the A/C did not work in one of the two rooms that was booked. The other room the A/C was dirty and blowing dust out the whole time but it was too hot to not use. We reached out several times regarding this issue along with missing light bulbs in the room and received zero response. There were coffee grounds from previous guest left in machine, wi-fi connection was awful and tv kept disconnecting, tv remote was absolutely filthy, and some outlets didn't work. Text messaging 24/7 was a lie as I received no responses after check in but surely received all their auto texts. Few people on site were cleaners and some contractor who claimed to know absolutely nothing -- could have at least reached out to bosses themselves and let them know customers were having issues. We were not the only ones as I can see someone else left a review around the same time as or stay. 1 star for location and free parking. Like the previous review - charged a fee even though their invoice clearly states zero with no one to get a hold of. No amenities and no incidentals to charge for -- check your statements and BEWARE!!!!"
