"An excellent experience. I had my doubts due the price BUT it was AMAZING. I was traveling with my husband and a friend,First time in London. The front desk staff is INCREDIBLE! Thank you Medhi for your kindness and good attitude always. The room was always clean and perfect, well organized. It was a warm place to stay. Paddington station is 3 min away walking and that train station will connect you to everywhere in London. Such a charming place. 10/10. Thank you again for making our first time in London something memorable from the beginning to the end. "
