Dated and weird smell
The WiFi was horrible the house was dated and had a weird smell the bedding was something you would find at motel 6 at best I was very disappointed for the price best part was it was about a mile off of 192 and the ac was great

Thank you for your comments. We appreciate the facts that you recognize how good our location is along with the excellent A/C during this extremely hot period we are going through now. Although we checked the WiFi and it was working fine, we will contact the cable company and have it checked. Many thanks for your input.

Beachtree wins!
Very close to Disney and restaurant and other local attractions like old town for example. The villas are nicely furnished and very spacious! Checkin was easy and we dealt with Dale who was very friendly and attentive to our needs! Highly recommend!

Nice condo close to Disney World and Universal
We were looking for a nice but not too expensive condo in the Orlando area where we could stay for 5 nights. There is a dizzying array of choices in the area, that's for sure! After researching quite a few options, we picked the Beachtree Villas. Dale was the contact person, and he was awesome. He agreed to meet us at the office after hours to sign in, get the keys, etc. The map to get to the condo was a little confusing, but we got there. He had upgraded us to a 3 bedroom place and it was very spacious (and retro decor - 1980's to the max!). The kitchen had all of the pots, pans and tableware that we needed to make breakfasts and warm up leftovers. Everything was in working order except a very very slow drain in one bathtub. I called Dale the next morning and it was fixed by the time we came back in the evening. The condo complex itself was quiet and close to the amusement parks. I would definitely recommend Beachtree Villas.

Spacious Apartment Complex
The three bedroom condo was spacious and had all the room we needed. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy, it's basically an apartment complex and there was some noise at night. The location is 15 or so minutes from Disney so that was very convenient.

Peaceful!
Great for a 3-4 day getaway for a couple. Location very good, quiet, a bit away from Disney and the busy traffic. Dale was a great host!. Wish we could have stayed longer

WORST PLACE EVER..
IT'S OLD SMELLS OLD WORST BEDS EVER THE WHOLE PLACE IN GENERAL IS DISGUSTING. THEY ASK FOR A SECURITY DEPOSIT AND SUPPOSEDLY TAKE 21 AFTER YOUR STAY TO RETURN BUT THEY NEVER RETURN YOUR MONEY EVEN THOUGH YOU LEFT EVERYTHING THE SAME WAY YOU FOUND IT. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY. RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Th is unit #179 is out of date. The TVs, stero from the 80s,no wi-fi, channels limited, no cooking utensils.The carpet was old, dirty,bleach stains. The dishes were dirty contained grease and çoffee stains. The coffee pot was broke. This unit needs help.

Freon comming aut of aircon. Manager didn't even take the time to come and smell it. We had to leave cause we all got hedacke. They didn't even want to give US anny form of refound.

We stayed in 169 and it smelled like smoke. Very outdated. Green carpet, box tvs and the cable did not work. I don't know why you pay for cleaning services, when you clean it yourself?

Perfect for family vaca!
My husband and our 2 kids came for a weekend getaway. Our stay was great! The Villa was very spacious. It was in a quiet area and was equiped with everything that we needed. The guy who I spoke with multiple times was great. He made sure that we were able to access the Villa since we arrived well after the front office closed (we arrived at 10 pm). The only disappointment was that the description of the villa included a Sauna in the club house. Unless I missed it, there was no sauna. I will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip.

How much do you like the 70s
Things looked and smelled like the seventies. It was well maintained but really old. Couldn't get the internet to work. Looked much better in the pitchers than it really was. Had to make an appointment with the staff to check in.

Rooms were large, bathrooms were clean, beds were comfortable and location was near everything. Great customer service. My daughter left her wallet in a draw and they Federal Expressed it to us.

Location is excellent. The area outside is clean and the house is beautiful. Each room should have TV. Only my master bedroom and the livingroom had TV's. I rented a three bedroom villa and the master bedroom pillows were moldy with green active mold and linens were not washed. Bad smell of funky toes in my bed. The doble bedroom had toe nails clipins at the side of the head bord by the window. The house was not vacumed. In my opinios they need to change the cleaning crew. Nice place but need to do a better job cleaning.

Look forward to vacationing there next year!
Great for our family. Plenty of room. The heated pool and hot tub kept my kids entertained. The lady that checked us in was very nice. We look forward to staying there again. Location was perfect for us. Close to good shopping. Good central location as we did Sea World, Busch Gardens, and Daytona Beach. Also the full kitchen made our vacation more affordable by eating some meals at home.

We really liked the apartment. Had to sprinkle carpet fresh on the carpet, but for the price it was worth it. Rooms were clean. Excellent location. Nice clubhouse for adults. We enjoyed our stay. Only one complaint, one the last night at 3am I killed a roach. Only one I saw the entire time I was there, don't know where it came from or if he had any friends, but it was a roach,....still, it was worth it for the price!

Disappointing
First you have to get the keys from someone a mile away. Then, the condo looked ok from the outside but that's all that was similar to the pictures. Mold on the windows, rust on the refrigerator, bad smell, surface cleaned only, shower curtain barely hanging, towels so thin I would only use them for rags, and extremely noisy neighbors are only some of the major problems with this place. NO RECOMMENDATION!

Stayed here over a weekend with friends and family, the community itself was nice but the surrounding area to the left was a trailer park although out of sight. The office for Beachtree was wonderful and cooperative and beyond friendly. The hotel was clean and furnished from a 90's sitcom though that's something to be expected.

Home Away from Home
We read mixed reviews and knew we were taking a chance by choosing Beachtree Villas. The only problem we ran into was the office manager forgot to leave our key, which delayed our check-in about an hour. You get the key from a realty location in a neighborhood nearby. We had hungry kids waiting in our vans while we waited for the realtor to come back to the office. I think this would have been avoided if we could have made it during office hours. Otherwise, the condo was clean and spacious and provided everything we needed for our stay. It was great to have a full kitchen and laundry. If you are visiting Disney, expect about 25 minutes to drive back and forth. We usually stay closer, but we needed a larger accommodation this visit. We'd definitely stay here again.

Unkept dirty rooms - stay away
Upon arrival the room had a strong musty odor and the dining room table was dirty with finger prints. The lamp shades were glued, small tv with a remote that barely worked. The sink were clogged and looked dirty. When we sat on the sofa beds in the living room, we noticed that it had a strong smell, maybe urine. The management office seem to consist of a woman and maybe her son who did everything from booking to cleaning all these villas. I mentioned the overall cleanliness of the place and she said that her cleaning person is sick and she is doing everything. On our last day we opened the cabinet in the bedroom to watch TV, and it just broke right off. Had a white glue on the top part someone maybe from mgmt tried to fix it before. We went with friends and it was embarrassing. One positive note: very close to Disney about 4 miles away.

Our stay at Somerset Villas, Poinciana Boulevard.
We went to pickup the keys at chatam circle around 5 PM, Sonia was there waiting and drove with us to the villa, which is nearby. That is a surprise because we gave wrong information to Immigration regarding our address. She lent me a hairdrier and extra toiletries. The villa is big with nice rooms and closets without hangers. 2 TV sets a fairly equiped kichen with minor defects. One bathroom door was not closing and Dale fixed really fast, he and Sonia are excellent in service. Linen and towels were clean and fresh. No cleaning service in 2 weeks unless you pay for it. Not an option thru Expedia. You have to buy extra toiletries is not a hotel. Need to put luggage holders there are none. Compared to Legacy nearby is a bit lower, since they have room service and are better equipped, although Beachtree Villas are biigger. They need the touch of tinker bell to spark it.
