"They didn’t tell me about the cleaning I stay two nights and was expecting that room was clean when get back for the second night but they didn’t so I stay on different hotels and always cleaned"

"Stayed here while visiting Disney. Short walk to the park. We prefer this hotel to others because of the location. Pool was nice, they had gazebos to lay under with loungers. The off property restaurant was AWESOME. It was clean, the air conditioning worked good, free breakfast. You can’t lose! This is our go to place now. We used to stay off Harbor."

"Im sure at one point this was a beautiful hotel, it is WELL seasoned now. The staff was mostly kind until the night shift of whom were rude and unhelpful. It is incredibly confusing to locate your room and more so if you have a large group. Super disappointed that when asked and told our group was going to be no more than a couple of doors down from one another only to find out we were spread out to each arm of the second floor. The AC in the hallways and rest of the hotel was non existent but the rooms ac was beautiful. One of our rooms had an unidentified bug on the bed and one had a questionable red stain...this seemed to be a common issue since i overheard another guest complaining of the same issues. The pool snack bar was really good, when the attendant was there to help you. The pool was warmish and really in need of repairs. One of the gates was broken and chained making the sketchy esthetics more prevalent. We had dinner in the restaurant were they offered a less than desiring buffet of taco type items which was way over priced. We ordered off the menu and it was ok. The service was meh at best. We seemed to be a bother to him. The shuttles are conveniently spaced at 30min intervals and the drivers were fun and kind. The buses themselves are in par with the disrepaired theme of the hotel. I absolutely would NOT stay here again."

"The parking fee is too expensive at $35/night, whereas it was previously stated as $24/night! When checking in, they didn't even mention that the fee had been increased from $24 to $35, without any explanation! The furniture in the room is quite old! At 8 pm, the Starbucks coffee in the hotel had already closed! It's quite inconvenient!"
