“great hotel for the price friendly staff convenient for the Metro into Manhattan”

A comfortable and well run hotel very convenient for the F line into Manhattan . Plenty of restaurants and bars two blocks away on 5th Avenue. Would use again a welcome alternative to those Manhattan prices.

nice hotel, clean friendly helpful staff. very good location for public transport. pleasant neighbourhood, never felt unsafe or uneasy. some reviews have complained about the breakfast but we were there for 5 days and always had plenty to eat. all in all pleasant hotel in a quiet convenient location, would definitely use the same hotel if i'm ever in new York again.

They are doing some refurbishment at the moment or i would have given a 5 overall. The room was adequate for our needs, breakfast lovely varied self service and as much as you want. staff were pleasant could have had a few subway maps, which would have made travelling around a bit easier. loved staying that little bit out of the hustle and bustle of the centre of town
