"The location of this motel is amazing. Easy walking distance of the river, right on the Miracle Mile, and we had a lake view (more on that later). Breakfast was what you would expect for a motel, though the young man in charge on Friday, May 24 was remarkably friendly and deserves a shout out. "Overall a good option, especially for families. The lobby is on the 6th floor, pool on the 19th. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Excellent location and good dining options within walking distance (Doc B’s across the street, pizzeria uno around the corner). We needed more blankets and it took over an hour when we called, plus we didn’t get housekeeping as scheduled but not a big deal on either. Overall I’d recommend the hotel.
