Location great for the lake, river and Mag Mile, but a bit of a walk to the El and most of the best bars and restaurants are the other side of Michigan Ave. Service excellent all round and the lobby bar creates a nice buzz and a good place for a drink and light bite. "Staff were amazing, from greetings in the morning to the cleaning staff being very helpful and accommodating. Good overall experience and would definitely book here again. Only compliant was that in my particular room, the shower looked to have been repaired as there was a crack in the sidewall that were covered in clear caulk, why not white to hide it? The shower door was also not aligned properly so it did not close all the way, damaging the mating piece."
