“It's what you find on the inside that counts...”

don't be fooled by the unappealing look of the exterior of this hotel, it is still a work in progress. The interior is very impressive. The rooms are ultra modern and the restaurants are excellent. The danish pastries in the bakery are highly recommended! The only minor criticisms are that because the rooms all overlook the main restaurant/bar area it can be a bit noisy at night if you are not on the higher floors and there is no outside area. It is definitely a worth staying here though just because it is so different.

“An extremely pleasant stay”

The hotel is impressive the rooms comfortable. but what impressed me the most was the attitude of all staff. It made no difference which staff member from the cleaners to the concierge services everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful

“An experience in a 5 star hotel”

The hotel was very nice and very comfortable- the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food in the hotel was expensive and the tax you have to pay on the services was a bit too high. The food in the restaurant was very nice and the staff are very helpful. The other thing was that you could not walk out of the hotel because there is a lot of traffic and if you don't know where you are going you be stuck - the hotel organised us with taxis for the day trip but again its a bit expensive. Overall we enjoyed the stay because we have never been to India before and we have had visited Gujarat and after all the side a nice hotel help chill out. Not saying Gujarat hotels were bad because they were very good as well.

Hotel is amazing, the restaurants had great food and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

“good hotel if a little expensive”

The hotel is a little plain looking from the outside but inside is a different matter. The central atrium is spectacuar especially at night when the different floors & restaurants are lit up. The rooms are overpriced though for what they are. There are no real special features to warrant paying so much. The convenience of staying so close the the domestic airport can save money on taxis as you can walk to & from the terminal.

“Nice Place”

Pros: 1. Friendly staff. 2. Nice variety of food inside the hotel with different theme rest. 3. Good size rooms and balconies. 4. Very close to airports especially Domestic. 5 Hotel is like a Colosseum and in the middle they have all these rest, bar, and beautifully decorated sitting places. Cons: 1. Even after paying Rs 750 (excl Taxes) for 24 hours Wi-Fi, speed was poor and was getting disconnected. 2. After using shower floor was getting totally wet and had to call room cleaners. 3. Don't think about open space for natural climate which could be good for you if you didn't like Mumbai's weather.

“Suitability for wheelchair user.”

The hotel provided a wheelchair for my overnight use (I use crutches during day). The wheelchair brakes were defective (useless really) and the wheel rims dirty. So inspect the wheelchair before use. The bathroom was well equipped for a disabled user, but it seemed like a standard bathroom which had been adapted. So the space was quite tight - watch your fingers! The hotel had ramps. Airport transfers available. Helpful Staff and Management. Only 2 disabled adapted rooms available?!

“Mumbia, gateway to India”

The hotel offers a safe haven in a very busy citty, the staff are very helpful and friendly. All this comes at a price which, in my opinion, is too high. This hotel would be highly recommended if the rates were reduced or if meals were included.
