I travelled with 3 other friends (all women) and we could not fault Riad Vendome. We arrived after midnight and they met us at the airport and gave us mint tea on arrival. The breakfast (€3 each) was delicious and very filling! Each time we returned to the Riad we returned to a calm and relaxing environment where nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be returning there.

Great, quiet place to stay, very close to souks Very peaceful the staff were great, fresh breakfast of bread/cakes with jam and cheese and beautiful freshly squeezed orange juice If booking via Expedia in pounds be wary that because you have to pay cash at the hotel they base their rates in euros and it they charge at the exchange rate they have at the time - not when you booked. We were charged an extra £5 than when we booked. Difficult to find - maps of the area are very hard to follow when you first arrive and walking around for about 20 minutes we had to give in to one of the dozens of the local people offering to show us the way (at a price)

A beautiful Riad. Stunning gardens bedecked with orange and olive trees and birdsong. A peaceful place to retreat to after the craziness of the Medina in Marakesh! The Riad has its own taxi driver who will take you to the Medina without charge between 10am and 5pm, his fee out of those hours if still cheaper than the local taxis. You will be greeted by the very gentle Mrs Jawad and the friendly and helpful staff with the usual Moroccan tea and biscuit hospitality. The menu is a little limited, but cooked fresh every day. Breakfasts are generous and can be eaten overlooking the beautiful pool and gardens or in the beautiful high ceilinged lounge area. We stayed in the Jade Suite which was vast and wonderfully comfortable (family of 4). Nothing is too much trouble. We would highly recommend this Riad to you.

This guest house was lovely, the staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful! The manager Naima was particularly helpful as I went with my mum who is elderly. The only downside is that it is quite far from the city centre of Marrakech and there is no fridge in any of the rooms. As it is quite a distant from any local shops, you are reliant upon the food and drink that the guest house serves (which can be a bit pricey). But apart from that, it was a genuinely lovely hotel with amazing staff. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre.

A 15 minute walk from the souks, this beautiful Riad is located in the heart of the Old City. Down an ally (as all Riads are), behind a beautiful door.... heaven awaits. We were swept back in time as we walked from the taxi, down a street of food markets and mopeds thru the hustle and bustle of the Morrocon people and their true daily life. A two minute walk to catch a taxi if you wanted.... or in a location to walk the entire city. Sad, the manager, was amazing. At night, you can stay in and have the greatest meal, cooked and served to you by their master chef. ( we ate here 3 nights out of 4). For a TRUE experience of a lifetime, this was the best trip I have ever had!

Excellent comfortable stay at Riad Nafis. Feels like you are staying with your relatives,hospitality cannot be faulted.

The Riad is beautiful. The food is amazing. The staff is world class -- service is absolutely excellent and impeccable, not that easy to find in this region of the world.
