Hotel Nuevo Boston is modern, convenient to the airport, & employs a staff that is helpful & courteous. Several members of the staff spoke very good English. One young woman even drew us a map to the closest gas station as well as the airport. We were at the end of a 3+ week stay in Andalusia & were quite pleased to have a good night's rest before taking the long journey home. Thanks Nuevo Boston.

Excellent service, beautiful hotel. Great for overnight stay in madrid. They sent a shuttle 3 times to pick me up, they were very friendly.

Superb hotel and friendly and helpful staff. Although I am very familiar with Madrid (I previously lived in Spain for 10 years), they helped us enjoy our stay. Just across the street was a bus stop where you can take the bus (#337) for Chinchon, a 45 minutes ride to a small charming town, for 8 euros both ways. The metro station was on the plaza across the street from the hotel, so you can get to the airport or be in the center in 15 minutes. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone.

The apartment was new, clean and cozy. When we reached, we had to call the owner and wait for 15-20 minutes for him to reach. The apartment is on third or fourth floor with big stairs. It was very tiring for me and my wife to climb up.

I had such a good experience at this hotel, a very pleasant stay. It is very basic; the rooms are small, the breakfast quite meagre and my view was of washing in a courtyard. However it is a bargain, especially when you consider the location. It is very clean and surprisingly quiet. Plus the staff are most helpful, yet not obtrusive at all. If you want to enjoy Madrid and simply want somewhere clean and secure to lay your head at night (or in the wee hours of the morning) This hotel would be your perfect choice.
