"We asked for a pool view and got a rooftop view with the pool in the distance. Unsure if they had a curfew on the pool but people were still drinking and partying until after 2 in the morning. For this price point they should have had coffee makers in the room. Seemed like they uncharged for everything. "

"We came in late in the evening. I had requested in the comment section of the reservation, to please have the couch pulled out into a bed and have the mattress made up prior to our arrival, as I knew it would be quite late. Unfortunately, this request was ignored. We had to have someone bring the additional bedding, although they knew there were 3 people to the room. We had to make up the pull-out couch. "Customer service was great and they were able to accommodate and fix all issues that were presented but when we checked into our room, the AC unit didn’t work and the door wouldn’t lock properly and they needed security to let us in for first 24 hours until we had maintenance come up and install a strike plate for the door to be truly secure. The bed was very comfortable but the floor inside the room was extremely dirty. Don’t walk barefoot without wipes by the bed!!!"
