"We had an amazing time at this hotel. It was clean and beautiful. Most importantly, the staff was wonderful. They brought us little desserts and champagne for my son’s birthday surprise! The view was great and the surrounding area was lovely. Coffee and restaurants were all right in the hotel. Can’t wait to go back. "

"Great stay for going to the Wiltern that night. Check in staff seemed like we were an inconvenience to help but everyone else staff wise that we met was great. "

"Customer service was great and they were able to accommodate and fix all issues that were presented but when we checked into our room, the AC unit didn’t work and the door wouldn’t lock properly and they needed security to let us in for first 24 hours until we had maintenance come up and install a strike plate for the door to be truly secure. The bed was very comfortable but the floor inside the room was extremely dirty. Don’t walk barefoot without wipes by the bed!!!"
