"We came in late in the evening. I had requested in the comment section of the reservation, to please have the couch pulled out into a bed and have the mattress made up prior to our arrival, as I knew it would be quite late. Unfortunately, this request was ignored. We had to have someone bring the additional bedding, although they knew there were 3 people to the room. We had to make up the pull-out couch.
