“Great for couples wanting to use it as a base”

We were looking for a budget hotel in the Spitalfields area and a friend suggested trying this one. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost of the accommodation and was not expecting much in relation to the room - so was even more impressed when we walked in. Yes the room is tiny, but that said how much room do you need if you are just sleeping there? The bed was comfy - very important for me at nearly 6 months pregnant, and the shower / bathroom was excellent. The whole place was clean and tidy, we couldn't have asked for more. You do need to pay extra for the extras, but think about what you actually need before spending on them, we got great 3G network there so didn't need the wifi. I would definately recommend it to my friends!

The cleanest hotel I've stayed for a long time and I say in many for business purposes. Very central location and is a very comforable and easy budget hotel.

Looked newly refurbished. Very clean, modern, clever use of space. Rooms were small, but had everything you needed. Would definitely stay there again.

This is the first time we have stayed at this hotel and it far exceeded our expectations.Very good value for money.The reception staff were very efficient and friendly.The room was spotless.Bed very comfortable.A sheltered garden that will be nice to sit in the warmer weather.

“Brilliant hotel for a few days in the city”

The concept of this hotel suited me perfectly. My room was small, but more importantly, the bed was really comfy, the shower was great, the staff were friendly and the location was ideal. Within easy walking distance of Liverpool St, Fenchurch St, Aldagate, Tower Hill stations, Spitalfields Market, The City, St Paul's,Tower Bridge and the various available Jack the Ripper walking tours. There is a vast array of places to eat and drink nearby too. Great value for money.

“Excellent value for money”

excellent location only a 5 minute walk from Liverpool street station. Really good value for money... The rooms are small and basic, but clean and modern. Perfect for what we wanted from a overnight stay in London.

“Nice hotel but noisy.”

The reason I would not recommend is purely because of the noise, the people in the next room spent 2 nights banging doors etc.. And you could hear everything. I got hardly any sleep until they finally settled down. As for the actual hotel, nice clean, comfy bed, no tea making facilities you have to buy it from reception.
