"The accommodations were excellent and the staff at the front desk, especially Daniel and the bellman, especially Tomas made our stay amazing. Timothy in the Thames room for tea was fantastic. However, the housekeeping got a little creepy as all of our stuff got touched, moved every time they came in. The servers in the River were rude, obnoxious and over the top in waiting on us. "Great hotel, good location close to Westminster and central London. We stayed in a suite which was furnished to a high standard. The executive breakfast was superb, a range of food options on the buffet, a spacious area and great views from the 12th floor to enjoy! Would highly recommend this hotel and hope to come back soon."

"It a nice hotel and located in a quiet area of London. The hotel is very clean. The only concerns I have about the hotel is that they have limited food options for breakfast. When we checked in only one lift was working and when we wanted to check out the next day non of the lift was working we had to climb the stairs with our baby however. the hotel staff helped to carry our baby stroller and bag using their service lift."
