Would not book again especially at the price we paid only for 2 blokes to come in off the street and get charged £75 thats £45 cheaper. Bed felt like a hospital bed room was far too small especially the shower/toilet

Dear Guest Thank you for your comments. The room you were in is the 2nd biggest in the hotel - the only one bigger has 5 single beds. You can only please some of the people, some of the time! Kind regards

Location and wifi the only perks
Hotel is in great location however very inconvenient that would have to tell front desk when coming back. Also the room was not cleaned except when I checked in.

Avoid This Hotel
no breakfast was available even though we booked with breakfast included. I am in dispute with Hotels.com at this time of reviewing hotel. Room extremely small would not recommend this hotel .

Awful hotel but close to tube and nice staff
Came to see fireworks. Round the corner to Earls Court Station so convenient. Hotel is in disgusting condition. As soon as I checked in i noticed the keyhole is fitted upside down to my room. Curtain rail had mould growing from it, mouldy shower curtains. Tiny sink I couldn't even wash my hands in, it's so dirty. No soap/hand wash. Toilet stained yellow with filth. No mats, had towels folded on floor instead. Shower was dirty and shower tap was broken and fell off when changing temperature which is on upside down anyway (hot was cold and cold was hot) never felt so claustrophobic in my life in there, I felt like I was making myself more dirty. Water smelt horrible when showering but I'm from Up North so not sure if that was just me as it was my first time down south. My pillow had "damp" growing on it. It had green mossy "spots" growing. chairs stained with white spots on seats. Beds were filthy. Sockets weren't working, only 1/5 sockets work (for a triple room it was really hard to get by) and on telling staff they refused to believe us and said "they are, they've been tested" and refused to come and check saying use the ones in the kitchen which was in a no better state. When asked for an extension plug they refused and again told us to use a kitchen ones again which makes no sense as they had enough extensions anyway. No lifts and it was really hard carrying bags of luggage to the top floor. Cooker was out of order. Wouldn't rexooneng. Waste of 180 Quid Staff were nice

Hotel is close to tube Station
This Hotel greatly needs refurbishing,loose carpeting in the reception hall,our room was minuscule.thick dust on a plate rail & generally dusty /scruffy,no beverage facilities,one upright chair (no room for another),although the price of the room was reasonable the experience left us feeling ripped off.

Great location
Staff was courteous, helpful. WiFi setup was easy, and was accessible throughout my stay. Room size was comparable to other, similarly priced hotel rooms in London. Room and bath were kept clean. Tube station is less than 2 minutes' walk from hotel doorway, a real plus.

Ok for brief stay
The hotel is ok for a brief stay if you dont intend to spend too long in the hotel. The rooms are small, clearly were bigger but plaster boards have been put up to make more money, shared bathroom wasnt much of a hassle as it was only shared between two rooms on each section. No breakfast provided but unlimited wifi free. Found having to leave my room key behind the desk when going out a but ridiculous also the door was closed most of the time and have to ring the bell to get attention, the little old woman who cleans was on the top floor one day and i was waiting a good 5 minutes before i got let in. Needs some major renovation to make improvements.

Nice Staff and very comfortable hotel
Enjoyed my 4 night stay during Eurogamer very much, staff were very friendly and slept very comfortably. Shared bathroom was kept very clean and with good, working facilities. Bed was very warm and comfortable.

Awful Hotel Experience
The worst hotel I have ever experienced. Everything in the room was broken and old. No bathroom, no TV, no good window, nothing, nothing.

Номер темный, тесен, воняет, и не готов когда я приехал, хотя я предупредил во сколько. Здание в плохом состояние пахнет сыростью. Хромая хозяйка едва ли говорит по-английский, её слуга грубо, телевизор не работает, вообще ужасное место, и ещё за дикие деньги, 125 фунтов в ночь.

値段に見合わない宿
割と高い値段だったのに、泊まるだけの宿という感じでした。改装中なのでしょうか。朝食もなくこの値段は、かなり損した気分です。

Chambre très basique, pas très spacieuse mais très peu chère au vu de l'emplacement. Le quartier est très sympa, et l'hotel est à 2 mns à pied d'une rue très vivante et commerçante.

sehr kleines einfaches Hotel
Das Zimmer sowie das Bad sind sehr klein, jedoch sauber. Die Dusche ist schon etwas verrostet und der Duschkopf extrem verkalkt. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht jedoch nicht immer im Haus, so ist es mir einmal passiert das ich vor verschlossenen Türen gestanden habe.

Cet Hôtel, bien que bien placé (proche du métro) nous l'avions choisi avec pour critère principal, un sdb indépendante. Je ne suis pas de nature chipoteuse, et c'est la première fois que je dois laisser un tel commentaire mais c'etait immonde. La chambre était terriblement sale, à part changer les draps, rien n'avait été fait, la salle de bain immonde (il restait de vieux savons, des poils, une porte qui ne ferme pas......et j'en passe), la chambre était extrêmement poussiéreuse , et quand j'ai voulu récupérer une chaussure passée sous le lit, j'ai vu des cotons tiges et autres crasses....bref crado de chez crado, nous n'avons même pas osés marcher pieds nus sur la moquette de peur d'attraper une maladie.... Bien entretenu ce pourrait être un endroit charmant, mais là... SALE SALE SALE

You get what you pay for
The hotel is by no means great, it is very old, not very well maintained and the rooms are definitely not of the biggest. But we only needed a place to sleep, as we wanted to see as much as possible, and for this purpose, the hotel was great. It is located 2 minutes from the underground, the staff really is very friendly and everything we needed we could get - though this isn't a place I would get back to.

Earls Court駅から歩いて2～3分にあるとても便利なホテルです。エレベーターがない、バス・トイレが共有でしたが、値段と立地から考えたら仕方がないと思います。ホテルの方は親しみやすく、セキュリティはよいと感じました。

Det eneste positive som kan sies om hotellet er at det lå knapt 50 meter unna t-bane stasjonen. Utover det var det ikke mye å skryte av. Betjeningen snakket knapt nok engelsk. Rommet så lite innbydende ut, med revner og hull i takbelegg og tapet. Hele hotellet virket lite vedlikeholdt. Internet dekningen nådde riktignok øverste etasje, men det var veldig ustabilt. Ikke var det spesielt billig heller, så jeg vil ikke anbefale dette hotellet!

Joo, ei ollut kovin mukava yöpyä ko hotellissa. Huone oli tunkkainen, petivaatteet epäsiistit, suihku ei toiminut, tv?, wifi ei toiminut huoneessa. No mutta Lontoo oli loistava paikka. Pitää seuraavalla kerralla olla huolellisempi hotellin valinnassa.... PS. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja auttavaa...

Definitivt IKKE 2-stjerners hotel..
Trangt og vanskelig å komme seg opp trappene til selve rommet.Rommet var ikke gjort i stand da vi fikk nøklene og ble ikke ordnet før neste dag. Det lå shampoo flasker fra forige kunde. Ikke støvsugd. De hadde ikke skiftet lakne, så vi fant hår i sengen..Skitten søppelpose i kurven. Ikke håndkle på badet, men det var like greit fordi hanken som baderomshåndkleet skulle hengt i, satt ikke fast i veggen engang. Det var i det hele tatt møkkete og luktet støv. Wireless internet som de skryter på seg funker ikke. Eneste positive med dette stedet er beliggenheten. Ikke verdt pengene, man finner mye bedre. Hold dere langt unna!

une famille d'indiens très accueillante mais un hôtel très sale et mal entretenu, la qualité n'y était vraiment pas. moquettes sales, lit avec draps tachés, couvertures trouées, une salle de bain dans notre chambre inaccessible avec un scotch qui faisait office de fermeture avec écrite pénalité de 100 livres si on l'ouvrait. une salle de bain commune salle avec rideau de douche moisi. Des peintures défraichies qui s'effritait, un lit séparé avec mon conjoint alors que nous avions demandé un lit double, un trou dans le mur au dessus de ma tête, pas de volets......

Recency court is close to earls court.
Recency court is close to earls court, earls court station (tube)and some busses,so location is good. But other than that i don't call it an hotel. Do not stay here if youre planing to spend a little bit of your time at the hotel. Pluss side- free wifi.

Meget venlig betjening der var tilstede 24 timer i døgnet. Meget dårlig rengøring af værelset vi overtog. Beskidte lagner og blod på væggene. God seng men værelset var på størrelse med en middelstor campingvogn. Hotellet ligger i et hyggeligt område med kun 200 m til undergrunden.

This is not a hotel - OK if you only want a bed
This hotel should not be called a hotel but more like a hostel. It's location is excellent and the hotel management very friendly and nice, however, I would not recommend it to families etc. I believe this hostel is OK for youth with no demands for quality. It is not possible to get any breakfast or similar at the hotel but you can buy a cup of tea - but I would not recommend it as it was quite dirty there. The so-called ensuite bathroom that we got had a shower that took 5 minutes to get warm water - it was mouldy and splashed water all over the floor. The toilet was a different sad story. With three of us sharing a room we had to plan our toilet visits as once we had flushed it took 15-20 minutes to fill up with water for next person to be able to flush. If you are lucky, the bed linnen will be clean when you arrive and towels same, however, one of our beds was clean the other had dirty linnen on it. They did provide us with new towels every day, but only because I offered to pay, a gesture they did decline. I am not able to recommend this so-called "hotel" to anyone else. Sorry. I think we paid way too much.
