“Amazing value for a family - a good choice!”

Located in a quiet but convenient position for public transport, we were all very pleased with this hotel and surprised to find our quad room was just what we needed for this visit with our two teenage daughters. We had expected to be disappointed as it was so reasonably priced. However, the room itself was very clean (yes it was small, but we were only sleeping there), and had everything we needed - tea-making facilites, sachets of shampoo & soap, a TV and even a fridge. The ensuite was clean & modern and the beds were so comfortable we nearly slept through breakfast! The breakfast itself was a basic diy breakfast of cereal, juice, toast etc but you could have plenty to start your day - they do clear away promptly though so don't leave it until the last minute. The dining room was simply furnished but very clean with a bright feel. If it's in the area you want to be or you're happy to travel/walk and you are just looking for a base, we found this hotel to be a good choice.

“Good location”

The hotel located at the heart of London. Two tube stations, numbers of attraction areas, and variety of restaurants nearby. Staffs are quite friendly. Breakfast is not too bad. The only problem is that the dining area for breakfast is too small; guests have to wait to be seated... and the tv in the room is too old

“Value for money”

The hotel is fairly basic but in a great area, clean and a great price. Would definitely go back.

“Good value for money”

The leisure inn is a good value hotel in a nice quiet residential area of kensington. The area around the hotel is safe and quiet. The only downside to this hotel is the distance away form central London and the lively nightlife.

“Everything we needed for a family trip to London.”

We wanted a reasonably priced base for a family trip to London and that is exactly what we got. The room was basic but had everything we needed although not much storage space or room to move about. Breakfast was a continental buffet in a crowded dining room, basic but everything we needed for a day exploring London. Beds were great - 4 comfy singles, not much room between them, but exactly ike the picture on the website. TV and hairdryer worked. Lift was creaky but worked. Decor was tired but worked. Staff were unobtrusive but everything we needed. Its a cheap hotel - we got exactly what we expected. We wanted a place to sleep whilst on an intestive three day exploration of London and we got exactly that.

“Not Impressed”

This hotel was a disappointment. The hotel staff gave the impression they would rather be anywhere else but here. The rooms were furnished with the left overs from white elephant sales. We would not stay at this hotel again.

“London's Budget Hotel”

Overall the hotel is decent. It is well located in relation to the Tube Stations. Bayswater is a 5-7 mins walk and Paddington is also a 7-10 mins walk. The single rooms however are extremely small. There's only enough place for a cupboard & a bed and few cms to walk. Rooms could be slightly. The bathrooms were extremely clean and the breakfast is good.

“well located budget hotel”

The best thing about this hotel is its location - close to Notting Hill Gate and only a short tube ride away from central London. We found our room to be small and quite cramped and were given a double bed even though we specified two single beds when booking. Room was clean though and breakfast in the morning was fine - typical buffet style with cereal, toast and a choice of coffee, tea, orange juice or hot chocolate. Good for a night or two but not recommended for longer stays!

“Cheap and Cheerful!”

I needed to go to London for a medical and an American Visa, so just needed a room in which to lay my head for the night. The single room was a bay window that had been boxed in, so was probably only 6'x8' - but it was clean. Very cold, but they had supplied an oil-filled radiator, which was on low all night so that kept the chill at bay. I knew when I booked that it wasn't en-suite, but didn't anticipate that the only bathroom would be on the 2nd floor, and at the other end of the hotel. Still - it was all clean, and for the one night was more than adequate. Would return (but make sure I paid the bit extra for the en-suite!) but only for 1, perhaps 2 nights.

“One night stay.”

Value for money and location this hotel was excellent and also included breakfast - we were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and comfortable, the downside was we were near the lift shaft so it was quite noisey. However given the price we paid I have no complaints. Staff were friendly and helpful.
