“Will definitely book this hotel again”

The staff at this hotel were really helpful and pleasant. Arriving as we did on a bank holiday, the staff double checked that the car park tariff was altered accordingly. The next morning they were patient as they helped up plan our bus route into the the west end. Lovely to be greeted with the fresh orange juice first thing at breakfast.

“Expensive but well located”

The Hilton is expensive especially for room service and breakfasts but this is a great location with a wealth of bars/restaurants all on the doorstep and Islington is a good trendy option at reasonable prices. Tube/ Taxis/minicabs all close. The Lobby/breakfast area was be renovated when we stayed which luckily didnt effect us but lots of complaints about noise etc from other guests.

“Great hotel. Highly recommend it”

They gave us a king size bedroom rather than a double and, when they knew it was my birthday, sent room service up with champagne, birthday cake and a candle - they couldn't have done more. The best hotel experience we have had.

“great hotel”

From the moment we arrived the staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. The room we were allocated was fantastic, very spacious and clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast buffet choice was very good and freshly prepared. One of the best hotels we have stayed in in London and we have stayed in a few! 10/10

Upgraded me as they had no non-smoking rooms available.

“Short Break London”

Had used the Hilton Islington while in London on business so had no hesitation using it for this trip, which was for leisure purposes. Reception was fast and efficient. We requested a quiet room and that's exactly what we got. The room was adequately equiped for a short break, the bed was comfortable, there was additional seating, a flat screen TV and tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast service was excellent, staff were very attentive. The quality of the food was as you would expect from this grade of hotel. My wife and I liked the hotel location, which was lively and served by many restaurants. Good entertainment could be found in the local pubs. Transportation to the city centre was easy by bus or taxi. I would recommend both the hotel and the location.

“great hotel. good location”

I would certainly recommend the Islington Hilton as a place to stay in London. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. The receptionists were polite and efficient. There was a good variety to chose from the breakfast buffet. The hotel is in a good location, a short tube ride to the centre of London and round the corner from the numerous shops, bars and restaurants in Upper Street, Islington. Well worth considering for a stay in the capital

“Great location for and Arsenal games”

This hotel is located only 2 minutes walk from Angel station and 20 minutes from the Emirates stadium. There are loads of lovely restaurants near the hotel. The hotel staff were very accommodating with an early check in, local information and booking of restaurant. The breakfast in the morning was lovely but very busy so don't leave it until peak times as you may need to wait.

“Great Hotel”

Stayed at the London Hilton Islington for one night on the 28th March. Very satisfied with hotel, hotel staff were very friendly, lovely clean/spaces us room, everything you could want for breakfast + more. Nothing to much trouble for staff. 3 min walk to the nearest tube station, plenty of cafe's near hotel. No minus points at all. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a weekend break in London + at the discounted price Expedia were offering I couldn't turn it down. Excellent thanks Expedia

“A shame about the noise”

We have stayed before at this hotel and have been allocated rooms in the same wing of the hotel, i.e., at the back. There is no problem with this hotel apart from the fact that every morning at 6.00am loud bangs and noise can be heard as if things are being dragged across floors and doors are being slammed. We believe that this emanates from the kitchen area where they are getting ready for breakfast. This was more or less confirmed by the staff. It would be best to request rooms not in that particular part of the hotel.
