Good position for access to central London

Pros: Position
Cons: Leisure facilities
Location: one stop to Kins Cross then all of London Zone 1 accessible
No problems anywhere in the hotel except the room cleaning staff which were at best indifferent and though the rooms were cleaned ok their attitude stank.

Great customer service!!

Pros: It was centrally located with lovely rooms, nice restaurant and wonderful staff.
Cons: Nothing!
Location: It was centrally located, close to Underground and bus stops.
We were booked into a very comfortable room but the tv didn't work. The manager came & tried to fix it but was not succesful. Within a few minutes he called us and said they were upgrading our room. We were moved to a larger room on a higher floor that was lovely. We had arrived during a heavy rainstorm and I'm sure looked like drowned rats but the staff was so courteous. They loaned us an umbrella when we went out to the theatre and called a taxi for us as well. They were sure to inquire how everything was and hoped we enjoyed our stay.

Convenient to Angel underground station.

Great place to stay

Lovely hotel , room was great and superbly clean . The executive lounge a great bonus . Staff were extremely helpful and obliging with no request too much trouble. Just one tube journey to Kings Cross , great asset for seeing London. Will definitely return .

Lovely staff, very helpful

Great assistance and large spacious room. Loved the executive lounge. Internet was slightly frustrating when watching recordings of lectures from university as it kept kicking me out but managed.

Poor customer service

The hotel staff were borderline rude in their interactions with me. A small request was dealt with very poorly for this repeat customer.

One night stay

We only stayed one night, the hotel was clean, comfortable and staff friendly. Close enough to St Pancreas and Angel stations for getting around

Excellent, close to heart of islington

Location: Islington is buzzing, great restaurants within walking distance. Easy to get anywhere in central london.
Great hotel that gets the basic right - clean, quiet rooms with comfortable beds. much better value than hotels closer to the tourist spots - cheaper, bigger rooms, and it's easy to get to anywhere in central London in 15-30 mins by bus or tube.
