“Fabulous "Apt." with a View”
From leaving the Hilton London Metropole to arriving at the Citadine, it was like an oasis. My room had a large window with a view and I could open. There was room to move around and not do the "shuffle past the end of the bed which slap up next to the bureau with the TV. The staff were delightful and helpful with lovely French accents. They have a laundry in the basement and a wonderful and intimate lobby. They treated me and my 2 cats as VIPs. Plus it is in a great neighborhood, with shops and nice restaurants and a Waitrose for groceries and the Tube stop down the street.
“A great London stay”
Good value, conveniently located, clean, pleasant, efficient and friendly. Highly recommended.
“Best value in London”
You would be lucky to find better value for money in London than this hotel. Absolutely incredible location. Clean, big and bright rooms. And they were happy to allow us to check out at 2pm
“Citadines”
Good hotel, would recommend
“Good family room.”
Exactly what we wanted. Clean, quiet and near shops and restaurants. Tube just down the road and in a nice area. Would go back again.
“Good quality at the rate”
The hotel is in very convenient location, clean, tidy and silent. Staffs at receptin desk was efficient. A room was a bit smaller as an apartment for 3 persons as we had to move a study desk for dining each time from wall side to a front of sofa (couch sofa for the 3rd person). But, it is more than worthwhile for the price. We will use the hotel again.
“Great location and fair value”
The location is excellent, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the large studio we had was just right for a couple visiting for a few days.
“Liked it...”
Great position, pleasant hotel, would visit again.
“Great hotel, great location”
Fantastic location, well equipped and comfortable.
“Jo”
Good central location. Although on a main road, noise from traffic was minimal (very important for me as I'm a light sleeper). Room size good for central London and it was nice to have the kitchen area. Main downside was there are no carpets in the rooms which meant that when people next door came in late we could hear them moving around their room very clearly.
