We loved the location of the hotel, it’s close to shopping, dining, mini-mart, train station, and walkable to tourists sights. The breakfast variety was also very good. We didn’t have a car but there was a garage nearby too and there was laundry place a block away too.

Excelente, muy recomendable. Personal amable, lugar bonito, muy buen desayuno, habitación confortable. Me cambiaron de cuarto ya que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien. Me gustó mucho.

The hotel is nice, clean and comfortable. The area itself is not particularly interesting but you’re a 5 -10 minute walk from Baixa, Principe Real etc so a good base. The staff were friendly and especially helpful when my flight got delayed so I had to come back, charge my laptop and sort that out, and didn’t mind storing my bag until my rescheduled flight.

Was really disappointed with customer service at end, I had already paid local taxes through Expedia but hotel had cheek to charge me again. I showed them proof that I had already paid but they wouldn't acknowledge the payment. It's a total scam to get extra payment from customers. Put a downer on what was a good trip at end.

Good morningwhen you pay the room to Expedia, you never the Lisbon City Tax: 2/day/per personAll the guest (exceptions: children till 13 years old and guest with medical declaration) have to pay this tax, this tax is imposed by the city council, not by the Hotel

Fantastic hotel, great location
Fantastic hotel - comfortable, modern rooms with a nice shower and comfy bed. Breakfast was great and the staff were all lovely. Good base for exploring Lisbon.

A modest hotel that is just perfectly located, wonderful breakfasts and very friendly staff. Great price too! Would recommend to anyone. The room size is small, but you know that going in and it’s absolutely fine.

Staff were terrific especially the breakfast team and the woman on the front desk who handled my check in and the man who handled my checkout. The housekeeping person who cleaned my room was so nice and did a great job. The part that is somewhat silly is the lovely bar off the lobby is closed and the excuse is CoVid! In 8 weeks of visiting Portugal, no place else had a closed bar and used the excuse it was CoVid! Breakfast was excellent and varied.

This was a nice clean hotel in the heart of Lisbon, right off the major high-end shopping street. The area was quiet at night and convenient to the Metro.

The room had a small and grating (!?) window. Not much sun was coming in. The breakfast was not worth it, the eggs had some sort of chemical aftertaste so did sausages. Also, the dining area wasn’t opened on time. Have your breakfast elsewhere. Overall, it was a nice stay. The best things were the location and staff.

Great location and super nice atmosphere and staff. Until… you get several bed bug bites. I was traveling to Lisbon and Barcelona, coming straight from home in the U.S. and Lisbon was my first stop. Went straight from the airport to this hotel and the first night, I had some itchy spots on my body but it didn’t click - the next night, I had SEVERAL bites on my body. I have pictures and video from the bed bugs walking on the mattress. DISGUSTING! They switched me to a room on the last night BUT I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Not worth the hassle I’ve been going thru for several days, plus the embarrassment of waking around in Barcelona with a bunch of bits on my arms and face, not to mention the bits on my belly, back, torso, and legs. The hotel offered NOTHING for my inconvenience. I usually never write reviews and when I do it is to write GREAT reviews - but not this time. DO NOT STAY in this hotel. You’ve been warned.

Nice hotel, centrally located
Nice hotel, close to two Metro stations. Nice room, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good also. No bar or restaurant in the hotel but they are available in the restaurant next door. Not great for a solo traveler. It’s a good hotel, I would happily stay here again
