All the staff were super helpful. The pool is a little tricky to find but was good with lots of clean towels provided. The room was clean and spacious with plenty of storage. I also ate in the restaurant and they were very helpful and provided gluten free bread for me. Location is also a few minutes from the metro so easy to get around.

I misspoke on my last review the air conditioning was very good, however ceiling fans are a no brainer in hot conditions, welcome to Texas. I was 100% accurate on the parking garage, very tight, difficult with larger vehicles and the columns are very dangerous. Staff was outstanding.!

The hotel is modern and contemporary. The fiod is good especially the dinner. The room was nice the worst is the bed. The colchón and the pillows oh my goodness it’s was bad, I couldn’t slept. Hard and in-constable.,the rest was ok

Air Conditioning was an issue in all the rooms we were in. They are not used to heat qpparently but I have no idea why they do not install ceiling fans in every room. Also the parking lot is very tight so if you have a larger vehicle you may find it difficult to enter and exit. Staff was outstanging!

It’s a nice hotel with friendly staff and a great breakfast. The hotel is close to a metro station and there are some cafes and supermarkets around. For a few nights in Lisbon it’s a great choice.

I had such a wonderful stay at this property! The location was absolutely perfect, close to everything I wanted to see, yet still peaceful and quiet. The place was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed to feel right at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. I loved how cozy and welcoming the whole atmosphere was—it really felt like a home away from home. If you're looking for a place to relax and enjoy your time, I can’t recommend this property enough!

Very nice service , and friendly staff , the hotel is very clea, and coooridiors smell very fresh and nice smell. Reception desk wrere so kind. Room Service is perfect. They do not do early ceck in, so you neeed to wait till 2.00 pm ( offical time) for check in.

Scalding hot water temperature!

We were here on the end of a group tour and book 2 extra days. This hotel has excellent customer services. Especially, Davies at the reception. She helped us booked a train to Porto. The room was okay. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was okay, not that great. My main complaint is the water temperatures. It’s either too cold or scalding hot! It seemed that was the same for my fellow travelers. We had to waste tons of water to find the right temperature. The water temperature kept changing to scalding hot while we were in the shower! It was so dangerous!

we were in the hotel for 10 days, for one of them the hotel employees greeted us when we passed through the lobby. no one said anything the other days when we entered the hotel. The breakfast were okay, there wasnt any kind of gluten free option for desserts. The room cleaners didnt talk any english so it was hard to communicate with them.We couldnt even charge our phones or watches while we were eating breakfast becouse the room cleaners took our key, so we needed to survive with one key rest of our trip. The cleaners also threw my friends eyelashes in the trash?? Otherwise the hotel was clean and we liked the pool area.
