The hotel is located by a night club. We couldn’t sleep with the constant loud music and people partying on the street. Absolutely no respect for the hotel guests.

Not the hotel it once was
This hotel only does a cold breakfast! There are no tea/coffee facilities in the room. The staff are polite and speak great English. I stayed here some years ago and it was fun and colourful, now everything is white and minimal.

Very convenient option
This hotel was not easy to find with roadworks, closed roads with restaurant terraces and very narrow roads, where our vehicle could not go through. It has a very good location and expensive parking facilities in the building worth every centime. At walking distance, you can get to many tourist attractions, the beach front, town museum, market (twice a week) and Marina. Here there are many eateries and shops. Our room, facing the side road, was clean, comfortable, and pretty quiet, except for some music one night, but not too loud. The staff is friendly and helpful, mostly very young. The included buffet breakfast offered includes fresh fruits and eggs which is a good way to start the day. Surprisingly it is served until 11:00 hrs. We recommend this hotel for the location, staff and rate.

Great little hotel near all the action that was able to accommodate my family of 4. We were able to walk right to the main, touristy area of town and the beach. There are lots of good restaurants and little shops nearby. The staff was very helpful and there is parking inside a small parking garage, for an additional fee. We were only supposed to stay for one night, but my family loved it so much there, we extended to four.

Parking was a disaster. They told us to park in the hotel but failed to say we had to back up our car down the steep parking garage entrance that was extremely narrow. Scratched the side of the rental car. Do not take a vehicle if staying at this hotel. They said everyone scratches their car when staying there. Bad start to the vacation. They should consider putting up a sign or offering to park the car for you. At the very least, warn people at check in.

Hotel was decent for price and location. The problem comes from our 3 bed room (114) had its wall connected to a gentleman’s club so heard thumping music until 5 am. The other rooms that dont share the wall with a strip club would probably be fine.

Nice venue, good location.
Nice modern venue, lovely friendly reception staff. Clean, well designed. Only issue found was it was poorly insulated, noise within building (doors n wooden floors) and indeed adjacent bar/club heard. Breakfast was good. Well presented and nice area to eat.

This hotel has an excellent location, right in the center of the lovely seaside village of Cascais. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Special props go to both Marina and Inis, who helped me during my stay in Cascais and with upcoming travel plans while in Portugal. The hotel also serves a very nice continental breakfast.

When we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the reception staff. The reception area is bright, clean and modern. The twin bed room although basic was clean and very comfortable. - TV with some English speaking programmes, ensuite bath/shower room, air conditioning and was serviced everyday. We had breakfast included which was rolls, cheese, ham, fruit and cereals and there was plenty of food. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The area the hotel is located in is within walking distance for every thing - restaurants, bars, the beach is a 5 minute walk away. Although the area is surrounded by cafes the hotel room was quiet at night, but there was a disco next door that the music could sometimes be heard blasting out. Would not hesitate in staying there again. A very comfortable stay

The outside of the hotel really needs a makeover. It looks rundown with dusty dirty windows. However when you get inside it’s very nice. The staff are really helpful and efficient.

the hotel was extremely well located and the staff were very helpful and hospitable. this was the first place we stayed upon arrival in Portugal and it set the bar for location and convenience. The room was very comfortable, had incredible natural light and overlooked the busy streets of Cascais offering a vibrant and entertaining vibe.
