Always a nice, quiet stay at the Carriage House. It's convenient to walk to the Strip but great to return to for a peaceful nights rest.

We liked the Carriage House was a couple of blocks off the strip, had free parking, and had three security guards posted so we felt safe

We had a good stay. The suite was very nice and comfortable except for the sofa bed. We have one more night back there before flying home, and will see if the rollaway cot is better!

Spacious rooms with all necessary amenities.. Bathroom is limited in form and function. Contractor quality installed fixtures ina a very cramped space. Bathroom not in fair dimension to the unit room. Limited hot water, air-conditioning is continuously humid. Lack of AC maintenance.

We only stayed for one night and weren’t in the hotel for long as we spent most our time on the strip. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, it could use some updating but overall not bad at all. We were a little disappointed the pool and hot tub were closed but it was cold out so it’s hit or miss this time of year. Would for sure stay here again.

First time staying off the strip and very pleased with our choice. Room was very clean and plenty of room and just a few minutes away from the strip. We were a block from the Miracle Shops and had plenty of non-expensive food choices. Would book again at this place. Danielle

Staff were all friendly and helpful. We stayed in a king suite with a kitchenette, it was huge. Bed and pillows were comfy, large bathroom, nice towels. We had been traveling for a few weeks so a nice laundry area was a nice plus. No resort or parking fees were also a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again. Concierge was helpful in getting tickets to a show without having to pay the online fees.

Our first time staying at the Carriage House and did not disappoint. I actually booked 2 queen beds but got upgraded to a king and queen beds with 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms. Rooms were very clean and staff was friendly. Highly recommended

Clean and quiet
The hotel was clean and quiet, and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful at check-in. I would definitely stay here again since the property is close to the Strip and doesn't charge a resort or parking fee.

We stayed with our 2 young kids for 1 night and it was such a nice place that we wished we could have stayed for longer! Everything looked like it was in new condition and spotless, the kitchenette in the room was amazing, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, and the pool and hot tub were even open! I highly recommend staying there for any length of stay!

Very Good stay for a week over New Year
Great location a block from the strip, easy to walk to Planet Hollywood, Paris, and Horse Shoe. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, with suggestions on shows and even cheap places to eat and drink. We did not drive, but there always appeared to be parking spots available. The only blemish was a complete lockdown of the hotel and surrounding area on Sunday morning due to a shooting behind the hotel, meant that I could not get any bets down or watch the NFL games until it was lifted. While the hotel had no control over this and safety should be the top priority, this is a major drawback when staying in a hotel without a casino. On the other hand, it was very nice not to have to pay some of those outlandish resort fees! I would stay here again.

I gave this an overall 1 star review due to a bad experience I’ve encountered. We stayed here for one night after watching a concert, we’ve stayed at many hotels before and this was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had. Due to staying late overnight, we woke up late and since check out is at 11, and we won’t be ready until 1115-1130, we called the front desk and informed them. They said it was ok. 11:10, housekeeping knocked and asked us if we were checking out and we told them that we called guest services and we should be out by 11:30. At 11:20 we got a call in our room, informing us that if we wanted to stay, there will be a fee. Informed her that we called and they did not mention any charges plus it was only 30 mins pass the check out time. Crystal started raising her voice and stated that it doesn’t matter and there will still be a charge. This woman was very unprofessional. First of all, she’s probably from housekeeping and she should have confirmed with front desk if we were staying instead of calling us directly. Second, the nerve of her to call 5 mins before we leave to let us know that we should have been charged. Third, most hotel has a grace period of at least 30 mins to an hour after check out without any problem especially when they are not busy. Which they were not. This hotel is not even a five star hotel and I guess they are desperate to get money, in any way possible. Will not be coming back!!!

It was AMAZING! Everything was so clean, such as the kitchen area and the utensils. The beds were also comfortable. Their kitchen amenity was awesome especially for somebody with it family and children. They have a lot of things to cook toast to make a coffee and everything that you want.

High quality, reasonably priced close to the Strip
The Carriage House (CH) is located a few blocks walk from the Las Vegas strip. The CH is well maintained, the staff was friendly and helpful, wireless internet worked fine and housekeeping did an excellent job. The street and location are quiet and safe. Some of the furnishings are getting a bit worn, but otherwise the CH meets all expectations. That said, the CH should be considered a "base of operations", a fine hotel room while in Las Vegas, but there are few amenities at the CH. There is no casino, no restaurant, no shows. It is the basic hotel. You will need to go elsewhere for fancy dining, gambling and shows - which is 2 blocks away on the LV Strip. This worked out fine for me as I needed a reasonably priced, high quality hotel for my stay.

A gem in Vages
With Vages being so expensive now this was a gem. Super close to strip just opposite the Miracle Mile shops. Parking so so easy and FREE something that is hard to find in Vages an NO resort fee. Rooms and kitchen had everything you. We stayed at the Elara for another 3 nights just because we could not cancel our booking. It was no where near as good as this hotel

Because of tear down from Formula one the road behind that had a temporary bridge was dismantled at night and we woke up to huge bangs. Other wise is usually very quiet
