"This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. We stayed at a hotel in Sultanamet for the first week of our trip in order to experience old town Istanbul but I wish we had stayed at the SwissOtel the full two weeks instead of just the second week. It has the best amenities including a full gym with classes and a spa for services such as massages, facials and other treatments that is larger than most stand alone spas. The food was excellent as was the staff. We will definitely be returning anytime we visit Istanbul. Do not make the mistake of choosing a different hotel."

"We had a wonderful stay. Honestly can’t think of any negative things to say. The front desk staff is very helpful and does everything to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Housekeeping is also great. The location is perfect, very walkable and close to the tram. Would definitely stay again."

"I had bad luck. We got in late and were tired from long day of travel. We were given a beautiful room but no air conditioning. We left frontbdoor open withba garbage pail and opened the windows but after 3 or 4 visits from lovely staff we got moved to another room and had to repack.... Some staff / concierge exceptional but hotel did nothing regarding costs."

"Nice hotel used by a lot of airline staff. The negatives are that the lack of food options in the area limit you to a restaurant across the street (cheap option) and the hotel restaurant in the lobby. The food for both were not the best and lacked the flavor you would find in the more populated parts of Istanbul. The room insulation could be better so it was not the most quiet stay and the airport shuttle fee was excessive so we took an Uber and saved a lot of money. Positives include clean facility, friendly multilingual staff, and a nice view from the room of airplanes flying to and from the airport. It is also next to a bus terminal for the more adventurous travelers."

"The staff at reception were amazing, always smiling and super helpful. When our rooms weren’t ready we headed to the spa to freshen up for a meeting — honestly it was a great experience, really well equipped. The room itself was huge and so comfortable, loved how clean everything was. One thing worth mentioning though — parking isn’t free, which was a bit of a surprise for a hotel at this level. Overall a really enjoyable stay!"
