Here we were greeted by a very helpful receptionist who showed me to a parking machine near the hotel entrance, so easy!! This was not an option in the actual carpark!!? Why? "What an odd place.. very comfortable but suffers from a massive identity crisis! The dining room looks like an indian take away restaurants.. more is not more!! The staff on reception were lacking some basic customer service skills. On a positive note the patio outside and the bar man (moroccan guy) were lovely.
