The whole hotel was neat and tidy with everything you would need for a great stay. The restaurant has a sea view and the food was perfect. "The hotel is a striking and unusual building, very handsome, though we would have appreciated better signs - the rooms in the 400s, which had to be accessed through the library, were difficult to find when first arriving. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the location of the hotel, near the seafront sights (the Mary Rose museum, Nelson's flagship Victory, etc) and the ferry ports. Everything clean and well maintained."

"Really delightful experience, with a particularly scrumptious breakfast! Down in Bognor Regis for one of my best friend's milestone birthdays and needed a quiet, peaceful, countryside bolt hole to overnight in. My room was clean, easily accessible and tucked away out of the hubbub of pub flow. I enjoyed the novelty of the four poster bed, the rainfall drench shower, and the tasteful decor. The staff were polite and appropriately attentive. Just lovely."
